Summer is In full swing at the barn. We have lots of activity at the barn this summer and look forward to new programs for the fall. Lessons, summer horse programs, clinics, and just plain fun horsing around fill our days. See the articles below for news of our activities.
Summer Horse Programs are Full of Fun Throughout the Summer
For the 5th year, Mt. Zion Baptist Church from Snellville, will visit the barn to learn hands-on, Horsemanship 101. Grooming, nutrition, stable management, and riding will be the focus of the visits for two days. DDS staff thoroughly enjoy the kids who are eager to learn, well-behaved, and interested in all aspects of horses. There are often some repeat attenders!
